Orders are processed after confirmation. Processing may take 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sales or busy periods, additional processing time may be required.

Estimated delivery within Pakistan is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary according to your location, courier availability, weather and unforeseen circumstances.
03. Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before you complete your order. Free-shipping promotions are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. Please provide a valid phone number and complete, accurate shipping address.

If tracking information is available, it will be shared after dispatch. Please keep your phone accessible for courier calls and delivery updates.
06. Delivery Issues
Incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients or courier disruptions may delay delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered, additional charges or re-dispatch arrangements may apply.
07. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please report damaged parcels or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or an unedited parcel-opening video so we can review your request.
